Frequently Asked Questions

Game in Shop is a reverse marketplace: buyers post requests for the game currency they want and sellers send offers. Sellers can also list ready stock in the Buy Now section and sell digital codes in the E-Pin section. All payments are protected by escrow.

At sign-up you choose Buyer, Seller or Both. Buyers post requests and purchase; sellers send offers, list stock and sell e-pins. Contact support to change your role.

The system runs entirely on USD. Pick TRY, EUR, RUB etc. from the selector and all prices are shown approximately (≈) at live rates; trades still settle in USD.

There are four categories: 🪙 Currency (unit × price, e.g. 1M Silver), ⚔️ Items (single item), 👤 Accounts (game account) and 🚀 Boosting (service). Outside Currency, a listing covers a single service/item/account with quantity 1; the price is the total service fee. In addition, 🎟️ E-Pin is a separate section for digital codes (gift cards, top-up pins): the seller enters their own code, the buyer sees it instantly after payment, and you can dispute within 7 days if there's an issue.

The Wallet page offers four methods: bank transfer, crypto (USDT-TRC20/ERC20/BEP20, BTC, ETH), Binance Pay and WebMoney. Bank, crypto and WebMoney requests are processed with support approval; Binance Pay credits automatically.

Each method's fee (percentage + fixed) is shown live in the form as you type the amount. The fee is locked at the rate when you create the request.

When you post a buy request or make a purchase, the amount is moved from your balance into escrow. It transfers to the seller when the order completes, and is refunded if the listing closes or the order is cancelled.

The amount leaves your balance immediately and support pays out via bank/crypto/WebMoney — usually within a few minutes, at most 30 minutes. If the request is rejected, the full amount is refunded.

For currency deliveries the seller uploads a video showing the delivery moment. In a dispute, support reviews this video to make a fair call — the strongest evidence protecting both sides.

If you don't approve or dispute, currency orders auto-approve 3 days after delivery and e-pin orders after 7 days, releasing payment to the seller.

Use 'Dispute' (buyer) or 'Report a Problem' (both sides) on the order page. A dispute pauses auto-approval and support reviews the video proof to decide.

The code appears on your screen the moment you pay, visible only to you. Test it right away; you can dispute within 7 days if there's an issue.

On a boost listing you pick the service type (leveling, Mythic+, raid, PvP...) and play mode: 'Self-Played' means you play your own character alongside the boosters (no account sharing); 'Piloted' means a booster logs into your account. Payment sits in escrow; the seller documents the completed service with video proof, and it's released on your approval (or auto-approves in 3 days).

Yes. Account orders have a 7-day dispute window. If the original owner tries to recover the account (via email/phone) within that window, open a dispute right away — support reviews the proof and records and refunds you in full if you're right (the amount is clawed back from the seller). Always change the account's email and password on day one.

Negotiation messages are quick replies only. This blocks scam links, attempts to move trades off-site and personal data sharing. Support tickets and live chat are free text.

Every seller profile shows a star rating, reviews and completed sales count. Ratings come only from genuinely completed orders — they can't be inflated.

Passwords follow a strong policy (min. 8 chars, letters+digits) and are stored as an irreversible secure hash (never in plain text); 5 failed logins lock the account for 15 minutes. Every critical action is authorized server-side.

The moment you open a dispute, auto-approval pauses and our 24/7 support reviews the video proof and both sides' messages. Decisions are usually made within 24 hours, often much faster. You'll get a notification and the outcome is reflected in your wallet.

The Exchange shows the market's live price table for each game. BID is the highest unit price among the open buy listings for that game; ASK is the lowest unit price among the open sell listings. The mid price is calculated as (BID + ASK) / 2 and is generally used to see how many units of game currency you get for one dollar.

Advanced Search lets you filter open buy listings by game, category and a minimum-maximum price range. You can sort the results as newest, oldest, cheapest, most expensive or the listings with the most offers. The filters and sorting you choose are reflected in the URL, so you can save and share your search.

The suggested price is calculated by a market-based price bot that pulls a reference from a competing marketplace. It appears as a 'Suggested price $X' hint on the listing or sale form, with a Use button next to it. This is only a suggestion; you can freely set whatever price you want and don't have to use it.

Each game has its own landing page that gathers that game's market in one place. On the page you see the BID/ASK prices for that game along with server and region chips. The open buy and sell listings for that game are also listed here.

Seller badges are awarded based on the number of completed sales: 🌱 New, 🥉 Bronze, 🥈 Silver, 🥇 Gold and 💎 Diamond. Alongside these, the seller has a 1-5 star rating and the reviews they received. These badges and ratings appear both on the seller's profile and on the offers they make, so you can evaluate who you are doing business with.

A reserve is a seller committing themselves to a game they are interested in. The moment a new buy listing opens for that game, the seller who reserved it gets an instant notification. If you have connected your Discord account, this notification also reaches you as a DM, so you don't miss any opportunities.

KYC — 'Know Your Customer' — is a standard security procedure that verifies a user's identity. In short, we confirm that the person making a transaction is really you; this protects both you and the other party from fraud.

Trading game items and currency can be misused to launder stolen funds. KYC blocks this kind of fraud and lets us comply with the Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) rules our payment providers require. The goal is a safe marketplace for everyone.

No, not everyone. Transactions pass through an automated risk review, and verification is triggered when the system detects unusual activity. It may also be requested for high-value withdrawals, when you want the verified (✓) seller badge, or whenever it's needed for security. Because it's a real-time, multi-factor assessment, a single specific reason often can't be pinpointed.

A valid (unexpired) government-issued ID is enough: national ID card, passport or driver's license. A short selfie/liveness check may also be requested. For the fastest result, capture it in a well-lit environment, with no glare, on a flat surface with all edges visible and in high resolution.

Usually a few minutes (typically 2-10 minutes). It's normal for the related order or withdrawal to show as 'pending' during this time; it continues automatically once verification completes.

Yes. Identity checks run through a secure verification partner that complies with data-protection standards. Game in Shop does not access the raw documents — we only receive the 'verified / not verified' result. Your information is not shared with third parties for marketing.

No. Once your identity is confirmed, it won't be requested again for your future transactions. Additional verification is only needed if a new security risk flag appears.

The related transaction (order or withdrawal) can't be completed without verification. In that case the transaction is cancelled and your payment/balance is refunded. KYC is requested only for security — it's not meant to restrict your account permanently.
