Throne and Liberty 4.5.0 adds Ramux and new group content
Archboss Ramux and expanded group activities arrive in 4.5.0, but the planned Snowsoul weapon conversion will wait until August 26.
Archboss Ramux leads the 4.5.0 update
Throne and Liberty update 4.5.0 introduces a new Archboss encounter aimed at high-level players. Ramux gives guilds and organized groups another major target around which to plan. Early progress on a new boss is rarely just a damage race: learning mechanics, assigning responsibilities and preparing consumables before the pull can have a direct effect on a groupโs results.
Downtime was announced to begin at 10:30 p.m. PT on July 29, or 5:30 a.m. UTC on July 30, with an estimated duration of three and a half hours. Players should account for their local time zone and monitor official channels for any follow-up notices. Large content patches can require short adjustments after servers return, so schedules should leave some flexibility.
More Dimensional Trials and Guild Raids
Ramux is not the only addition. Version 4.5.0 expands recurring group play with new Dimensional Trials and Guild Raids. That extra variety may prompt players to reorder weekly priorities. Anyone managing several characters should weigh expected rewards against completion time and the roles their regular group actually needs, rather than treating every new activity as an automatic obligation.
Guild leaders can prepare by updating attendance windows and role assignments. In progression content, building a party around item level alone may not provide the right balance of defense, support and damage. Adjusting builds with information gathered from the first attempts can reduce unnecessary resource use and create a repeatable plan for later clears.
Snowsoul weapon recipes move to update 4.9.0
The most important planning note concerns upgrades from Talandre Ascended Archboss weapons to Snowsoul weapons. Crafting recipes intended to convert Ascended Deluzhnoa and Ascended Giant Cordy weapons with new materials will not be part of the July 29 maintenance. According to the pre-announcement, they are now scheduled for update 4.9.0 on August 26.
The delay means players holding relevant weapons or materials have a reason to avoid rushed spending. Preserving resources until the official recipes and quantities are visible is safer than making expensive assumptions about the upgrade path. For currency, item or account trades, players can also use GameinShopโs escrow protection to add a layer of security between both sides of a transaction.
