Throne and Liberty 4.2.0 Expands Character Boost Rewards
Throne and Liberty update 4.2.0 broadens Character Boost Growth rewards and includes a catch-up plan for players who used tickets early.
Maintenance timing and the main change
Throne and Liberty update 4.2.0 rolled out through a maintenance window scheduled to begin on July 8 at 10:30 p.m. PT, or July 9 at 5:30 a.m. UTC, with an expected duration of roughly three hours. The headline change is aimed at players using Character Boost to get a new or returning character ready faster.
The update adds base rewards to Character Boost Growth. Rather than only helping with level pace, the package now touches several pressure points in progression: skill growth, trait work, currency, contract resources, and even fishing tools for side activity progression.
The boost package is much broader
The new reward set includes DaVinci's Favor for 28 days, 1,000 Precious Skill Growth Books, 80 Precious Skill Growth Book: Omnipotence items, 45 Entropy Shard: Calanthia, and 100 Conversion Stones. For players trying to close the gap quickly, that mix can reduce the amount of early grinding needed before a character feels useful.
Trait progression also receives direct support. The package adds 550 Trait Unlockstone Fragments, 16 Trait Enchantment Stone: Lv. 50 items, and 11 Trait Enchantment Stone: Lv. 90 items. On top of that, players receive 4,000,000 Sollant, 60 Contract Coin Boxes, a Steel Fishing Rod, and a Monster Bone Fishing Rod.
Earlier boost users are included
Players who used a Character Boost Ticket before the July 8 maintenance are not being left behind. According to the announcement, those accounts will receive the additional rewards through in-game mail during the scheduled maintenance. That keeps early adopters aligned with the improved reward structure instead of penalizing them for using the system too soon.
Overall, 4.2.0 makes Character Boost more practical for newcomers, returning players, and anyone building an alternate character. Skill books and trait materials are often the resources that decide whether a boosted character is merely leveled or actually ready to play. Throne and Liberty currency, items, and account trades can be handled through GameinShop with escrow support for safer transactions.
