Ghrazi Blood Knights and Harvest Hollow Lead the Week

RuneScape’s weekly announcement pairs the Ghrazi Blood Knights boss encounter with the Harvest Hollow seasonal event. A demanding two-opponent battle, timed activities and several reward rules are on the way.

Two very different focuses for the week

RuneScape’s weekly announcement places two contrasting pieces of content in the same window: the high-level Ghrazi Blood Knights boss encounter and the Harvest Hollow seasonal event. The first brings Lady Ghrazi and Lord Ghrazi into one battle, while the second offers a limited period for a new miniquest, community activities and special rewards.

Harvest Hollow will run from 12 October until midnight on 1 November.

The Ghrazi duo will test coordination

The new high-level encounter places Lady Ghrazi and Lord Ghrazi in the same fight. Each has distinct attacks and mechanics, testing coordination, quick reactions and combat awareness rather than damage alone.

Launch will also feature a blind race for the first successful clear, meaning competitors enter without prior experience of the encounter. The RS Guy and PupRS will host the event on RuneScape’s official Twitch channel, and the winners will receive an exclusive World First title. A solo version is scheduled for four weeks after the encounter’s initial release, giving solo-focused players time to study the developing strategies before attempting it themselves.

Entering Harvest Hollow and starting the miniquest

Players can reach Harvest Hollow through the portal at the Grand Exchange, the Lodestone network or the in-game Event tab. Providing several entry routes should make it easy to fit a visit into different daily routines. Because the event has a defined closing point, anyone targeting its daily or weekly rewards should keep an eye on the remaining time shown in the game.

The new All Souls' Eve miniquest unlocks a Trick or Treat Bowl for the player-owned house. Once per day, players can visit another person’s home, and a catch-up system will help with missed days. The Pink Halloween Mask is guaranteed within the first 14 reward bags connected to this feature, so players pursuing the mask will have a clear ceiling on how long luck can hold them back.

Returning activities and the Horseclan contest

Field of Screams and Guys and Dolls return as part of Harvest Hollow. Alongside them, the Horseclan competition adds a shared competitive layer to the event’s activities. Eligible activities can award up to two confections per day, spreading progress across regular participation instead of requiring one unusually long session.

Every Sunday at 20:00 game time, a ceremony will determine the winning activity, which receives a 20 percent Spooky Token boost during the following week. The competition also provides guaranteed cosmetics each week. Flexible players can follow the result and favor the boosted activity, while everyone else can continue progressing through the option they prefer.

Tokens, dye and the H'Oddments deadline

There are several notable changes to the event economy. Soul Dye will have a chance to appear in reward caskets from Hard, Elite and Master clues. Spooky Tokens can now be earned outside the Harvest Hollow hub, although the event area will continue to offer the best rates. This gives players following their normal routine some progress without removing the advantage of concentrating on the seasonal content.

Existing H'Oddments can be spent or converted during the event, but no new H'Oddments will be earned and any balance left over will be removed when the event ends. Checking the available uses before the final day is therefore worthwhile. For the boss, repairing equipment, preparing ordinary supplies and waiting for full combat notes is safer than buying expensive stock based on guessed weaknesses, rewards or strategies.
