Ghrazi Blood Knights Arrive in RuneScape 3 on October 12

Lady Ghrazi and Lord Ghrazi will enter RuneScape 3 as a high-level duo encounter on October 12, 2026. Its opening race begins at 2000% Enrage, while solo mode follows in November.

Two bosses in one high-level encounter

RuneScape 3's next high-level boss release, Ghrazi Blood Knights, brings Lady Ghrazi and Lord Ghrazi together in a single encounter on October 12, 2026. It will initially be presented as content for two players. Those who prefer to fight alone will need to wait for the solo mode planned for November 2026.

Access also requires completion of Heralds of Crimson. Teams aiming to play at launch should therefore check their quest progress as well as their equipment before release day. Since the first version is built around a pair, arranging a partner and agreeing on a shared play window are equally practical parts of the preparation.

The world-first race opens at 2000% Enrage

At launch, attention will go straight to a world-first event set at 2000% Enrage. Normal and lower difficulties will not be available immediately; they will unlock after the first duo completes the 2000% challenge. The wider community will therefore see the top-end race resolved before the encounter opens at more accessible settings.

The first successful pair will receive an exclusive title. There is no separate first-week FOMO reward, however, so players who skip the opening race will not lose a limited participation prize simply for arriving later. A 4000% Enrage option is also due in the future, extending the encounter's long-term challenge beyond its launch target.

Official broadcast and Tier 95 rewards

Jagex will cover the opening through an official Twitch broadcast. The stream begins at 11:15 Game Time, hosted by The RS Guy and PupRS, before the boss becomes available at 12:00 Game Time. These times give viewers a clear schedule for following the start of the encounter and the first competitive attempts.

The reward pool is headlined by new Tier 95 Legendary Crossbows, but their detailed properties and abilities are being held back until launch. Players may want to avoid rebuilding their setups around speculation in the meantime. The weapons' actual place in combat and progression can only be judged properly once their confirmed information becomes available.

How players can prepare for launch

Completing Heralds of Crimson is the clearest preparation step. Duo teams can then coordinate availability, review their strongest current setups, and make sure they have enough resources for repeated attempts. With no confirmed boss mechanics provided yet, plans should remain flexible until the official broadcast and reliable first-hand reports show how the encounter works.

Players who are not entering the opening race can wait for lower difficulties to unlock after the first 2000% Enrage victory, or plan around November's solo release. That schedule creates different entry points for competitive pairs and those who would rather learn at their own pace.
