Black Desert accelerates progression with HYPERBOOST and Agent
Black Desert’s July 30 event package launches Agent alongside accelerated seasonal progression. Its milestones stretch from PEN Tuvala gear to 616 gear score.
A faster start for Agent
Black Desert’s July 30 program places the arrival of the new Agent class alongside a broad progression event called HYPERBOOST. The pairing is designed to do more than rush a fresh character through early levels: it gives players a visible route through major seasonal milestones. The promoted path begins with creating a Season Character, continues through graduation, and then points toward equipment goals beyond the usual seasonal starting line. New and returning players can therefore treat steps that are often tracked separately as one coherent plan. Veteran players also gain a relatively low-cost window for testing Agent’s play style and establishing a usable build without immediately spending the reserves held by an existing main. Connecting interest in a new class with meaningful account growth makes the campaign more useful than a simple login reward.
From PEN Tuvala to Sovereign weapons
The first concrete HYPERBOOST objective is to create and graduate a Season Character. The announcement highlights a full PEN (V) Tuvala gear set and a resulting 582 gear score at this stage. Because Tuvala equipment forms the backbone of seasonal progression, the milestone is more than a large number. It provides a balanced foundation for suitable grind zones, learning the class in real combat and preparing the next upgrades. The second major stage comes through Olvia Academy support. According to the published outline, players can obtain all three Sovereign weapons, add 34 gear score and move from 582 to 616. That jump shows the program is intended to prepare the character for a wider range of advanced PvE goals, not merely ease the seasonal introduction. Covering all three weapon slots also creates a more complete offensive setup than concentrating the event’s value in one item.
A practical plan for the event
Before starting, confirm an available character slot and eligibility to create a Season Character. Once Agent is created, align the seasonal quest route with the graduation checklist so rewards are not consumed in the wrong order. After securing PEN Tuvala, record the resulting gear score and follow Olvia Academy objectives as displayed; this makes it easier to identify which upgrades contribute to the advertised 34-point increase. Reward binding, duration, eligibility and delivery rules should be checked on the official event page because the short announcement cannot show every exception. Do not leave any daily or weekly requirements until the closing days. Family-wide rewards can go where the account gains most, while character-bound rewards make a long-term Agent plan more important. Players considering Silver, items or accounts during progression can trade through GameinShop with escrow protection.
