Albion Online Adds Fame and Loot Bonus for Mists and Depths
Albion Online players can earn 25% extra Fame and Loot in the Mists and the Depths for a limited time. The event also marks the first anniversary of the Depths and recent Mists improvements.
The Mists and the Depths get a stronger reward window
Albion Online has opened a short but meaningful event for two of its most risk-heavy activity zones. For seven days, every player earns 25% additional Fame and Loot in the Mists and the Depths. That bonus directly affects progression and profit, making dangerous runs more attractive for players who want faster weapon growth, better payout chances, or a reason to revisit updated content.
The timing matters. The Depths are celebrating their first anniversary, while the Mists have just received changes aimed at making them more rewarding, varied, and unpredictable. In practice, this is not only a simple bonus week. It is also a live test period for players who want to see whether the refreshed Mists feel better across solo routes, small skirmishes, and opportunistic loot runs.
End times depend on your server
The extra rewards do not end at the same moment everywhere. On Albion Asia, the bonus runs until maintenance on July 5 at 23:00 UTC. On Albion Americas and Europe, it continues until maintenance on July 6 at 10:00 UTC. Players planning a final farming push should check their server rather than assume a single global deadline.
Because both zones already revolve around uncertainty, the 25% increase does not remove the cost of mistakes. A lost set can still erase a good run. What it does change is the upside of successful exits. During the event, practical loadouts with quick recovery costs may be more valuable than expensive gear choices that only pay off when everything goes perfectly.
Why the event is worth watching
For newer players, the bonus is a useful chance to push Fame into core weapon lines and test alternate builds without feeling every hour is inefficient. For veterans, the more interesting question is how the recent Mists adjustments affect route planning and fight selection. If the zones are more varied and profitable, short sessions can still create real progress.
The market may also react while more players farm, die, regear, and sell loot from the same activities. Watching item prices and replacement costs is part of playing the event well. Albion Online silver, items, and accounts can be traded on GameinShop with escrow-backed protection when players want a safer marketplace option.
